  • Emphasize your STRENGTHS. If you do not have experience in an area they ask about, tell them about your skills in related areas that could be transferred to their tasks. Downplay negatives; emphasize positives.
  • Be patient through the interview process. Usually there is more than one round of interviews and people to meet.
  • Be upbeat! Demonstrate enthusiasm about their company and business.
