Submit your resume by email or fax. It would be most helpful to include a cover letter that touches on your background and career goals.

After a Recruiter has reviewed your resume, if it appears that Palo Alto Staffing can assist you with your employment search, they will contact you to schedule an interview.

* Due to the high volume of resumes we receive on a daily basis, you will only be contacted by one of our Recruiters if you meet the qualifications for any of our current job opportunities.

At your interview you will need the following:

  • A hard copy of your resume.
  • A list of professional references, including names and phone numbers.
  • If you are interested in temporary work, you will be required to provide documents that establish both identity and employment eligibility in the United States.

 

4.

After you have met with your Recruiter you will be given tests on grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and proofreading. In addition, you will also be tested on Microsoft Office skills and typing speed and accuracy.

  • Please be sure to allow for 1.5 to 2 hours to complete the registration process.

 

5.

Once you have completed the registration process, your Recruiter will begin a job search on your behalf. They will contact you when they have a job that matches your skills and background.
